1. 此課程會使用明火，若學員年紀較小或會怕火，可請課程老師代勞。

2. 設計師須事先準備材料，為保障設計師權益，如因消費者個人因素退票，需酌收30％手續費，活動前3天不予退票。

3. 如需改期或有任何問題，請私訊站內信箱。

4. 年滿12歲以上可參加此活動。

5. 限購票者參與活動，未購票者不得共同參與課程。

6. 活動前10分鐘開放入場，為了讓體驗活動順利進行，請勿遲到，遲到30分鐘無法入場，也無法退費。

7. 過程中若因個人疏失，造成材料製作錯誤或損壞，需重新購買材料才能繼續製作。

8. 如遇天災等不可抗力之因素停課，領金者將主動聯繫延期或退款。

9. 體驗課程老師會依需求進行側拍，並於活動後上傳至〖沐籟〗臉書粉絲專頁及Instagram品牌專頁。
日後可能將含有您肖像之照片、影像使用於活動紀錄傳等用途，如不希望被拍攝，請主動告知現場工作人員。

Important Notes
1. This workshop involves the use of an open flame. If participants are young or uncomfortable with fire, the instructor can assist with these steps.
2. Materials are prepared in advance. To protect the designer’s rights, a 30% handling fee will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons. No refunds will be issued within 3 days of the event.
3. For rescheduling or inquiries, please message us via internal inbox.
4. Participants must be 12 years or older to join this workshop.
5. Only registered participants are allowed to attend. Unregistered guests may not join the session.
6. The venue opens 10 minutes before the session starts. Please arrive on time. Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late will not be admitted or refunded.
7. If materials are damaged or misused due to personal mistakes, you will need to purchase a replacement in order to continue.
8. In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
9. Photos or videos may be taken during the session by the instructor for documentation purposes and may be posted on the Mulai Facebook Page and Instagram.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff in advance.
10. Parking is available for both cars and scooters in front of the Mulai studio.
