《產品保固》
★ 植鞣革保留了皮革的最原始狀態，肌理紋路及蟲咬疤痕為自然現象，表面已有擦拭表面處理劑，如有髒汙可用濕紙巾輕擦即可。
★ 請勿使用清潔劑及含酒精揮發性產品擦拭。
★ 產品皆純手工製作切勿火烤、水洗、銳物撞擊、強力拉扯。
★ 保固時間：兩年。
★保固範圍：新品瑕疵、手鍊或項鍊連接處脫落、皮件五金脫落等。
★收到商品後，請立刻檢查商品是否正確，如發生商品錯誤或於運送過程中導致新品瑕疵等問題，請於到貨 7 日內與我們聯絡，我們將協助您辦理退換貨或維修 (客製品) 事宜，並於連絡後5天內連同原包裝寄回原商品，超過時限未寄回視為自動放棄退換權利。請保持商品完整性，商品必須為『全新未經使用』，商品包裝需完整回收，包含購買商品、外盒、附件、內外包裝、產品卡或出貨單、隨機文件、贈品等請一併退回，若有缺件、商品毀損不完整情況發生，恕無法退換貨。
★保固期內，手鍊或項鍊產品如果斷線或脫落，可免費維修。
★若產品因外力碰撞或人為不當使用，導致破裂、毀壞或遺失一部分，我們將視情況評估是否可維修，並酌量收取材料費用。
★除了新品瑕疵由買家負擔寄回運費，我們負擔維修後之送回運費，其餘維修品則由買家自行負擔來回郵資。
★寄回維修品之前，請務必先與我們連絡取得維修編號，否則一律不受理。
★所有寄回給我們的維修品請務必裝進密封夾鍊袋，並用氣泡紙等防護性包材包裝好再寄出，若維修品於運送途中發生其他毀損，我們一概不負責。
★維修商品時間約為 1 ~ 4 週，視維修品的狀況而定，有些需送回工廠進行修復。如遇材料無庫存或斷貨，尤其部分天然石可能沒有相同或類似品，若無替代方案便無法幫您修補，敬請見諒。
★保固期或保固範圍外之商品一律採報價式維修，我們保留拒絕提供維修服務的權利。

Genuine cowhide leather & plant-based dye
Leather is a material full of life — it changes color over time depending on your skin’s natural oils and pH level. Some pieces darken, others become shinier — each one evolves uniquely, recording the traces of your daily life in its own mysterious and fascinating way.
Care Instructions
You can use expired lotion to gently wipe the leather surface to maintain its shine.
Please do not use chemical cleaners or alcohol-based products.

Product Warranty
★ Vegetable-tanned leather retains its natural texture. Grain marks, bug bites, and scars are part of its character and not flaws. The surface has been pre-treated; if it gets dirty, gently wipe with a damp tissue.
★ Do not use chemical cleaners or alcohol-based products.
★ All items are handmade — do not expose to fire, soak in water, scratch with sharp objects, or apply excessive force.
★ Warranty period: 2 years
★ Warranty covers: manufacturing defects, bracelet/necklace joint separation, hardware detachment on leather goods
★ Please inspect your item upon receipt. If any issue (e.g., wrong item, shipping damage) arises, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once confirmed, return the product within 5 days with full original packaging. Missing this window will forfeit your return/exchange rights.
Returned items must be brand new and unused, with complete packaging (product, box, accessories, outer/inner packaging, product card/invoice, inserts, and freebies). Incomplete returns cannot be accepted.
★ During the warranty period, broken or detached bracelets/necklaces can be repaired for free.
★ If damaged by impact or improper use (e.g., cracks, broken parts, lost components), we’ll assess whether it can be repaired and may charge a materials fee.
★ For defective items, customers cover the return shipping; we will cover shipping back after repair. For other repairs, customers cover round-trip shipping.
★ Please contact us for a repair number before sending items — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
★ All returned items must be sealed in a ziplock bag and wrapped in protective materials (e.g., bubble wrap). We are not responsible for any damage incurred during return transit.
★ Repair time: approx. 1–4 weeks depending on item condition. Some may need to be returned to the workshop. If materials (e.g., natural stones) are out of stock, we may not be able to provide replacements. We appreciate your understanding.
★ For items outside the warranty or beyond coverage, repairs will be quoted individually. We reserve the right to decline repair services.
