注意事項

1. 設計師須事先準備材料，為保障設計師權益，如因消費者個人因素退票，需酌收30％手續費，活動前3天不予退票。

2. 如需改期或有任何問題，請私訊站內信箱。

3. 年滿6歲以上可參加此活動。

4. 限購票者參與活動，未購票者不得共同參與課程。

5. 活動前10分鐘開放入場，為了讓體驗活動順利進行，請勿遲到，遲到30分鐘無法入場，也無法退費。

6. 過程中若因個人疏失，造成材料製作錯誤或損壞，需重新購買材料才能繼續製作。

7. 如遇天災等不可抗力之因素停課，領金者將主動聯繫延期或退款。

8. 體驗課程老師會依需求進行側拍，並於活動後上傳至〖沐籟〗臉書粉絲專頁及Instagram品牌專頁。
日後可能將含有您肖像之照片、影像使用於活動紀錄傳等用途，如不希望被拍攝，請主動告知現場工作人員。

Important Notes

1.As materials need to be prepared in advance by the designer, a 30% handling fee will be charged for cancellations due to personal reasons. No refunds will be given within 3 days prior to the event.

2.For rescheduling or other inquiries, please send us a private message via our in-site mailbox.

3.Participants must be 6 years old or above.

4.Only ticket holders are allowed to participate. Those without tickets may not join the session.

5.Entry opens 10 minutes before the activity starts. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive on time. Entry will not be permitted after a 30-minute delay, and no refunds will be issued.

6.If materials are damaged or mistakes are made due to personal negligence, additional material purchases will be required to continue the project.

7.In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact participants to reschedule or arrange a refund.

8.During the session, the instructor may take photos for documentation. These may be uploaded to the MulaiFacebook fan page and Instagram account. Photos or videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform our staff in advance.

9.Parking is available for both cars and scooters in front of the Mulai studio.
