《洗銀液簡介》
銀是一種活躍的金屬，容易與空氣、化妝品、汽油、蛋或任何會產生硫的物質反應作用，使銀器變黑。 一般的民間將這種變黑反應稱之為氧化，氧化是指物質跟氧作用，但是貴金屬飾品變黑是跟硫作用，所以正確的名稱應該是硫化。

洗銀液可將硫化的金屬快速還原，讓自然硫化的飾品恢復原本亮晶晶的樣子!
以下是洗銀水的使用方法及步驟：
1.以洗銀液還原，讓飾品回到亮麗如新的狀態。
2.用清水洗淨，將金屬表面上的洗銀液沖洗掉。
3.擦拭乾淨或用吹風機吹乾(推薦使用吹風機吹乾，可將金屬毛細孔內殘留的洗銀液吹乾)。
4.抹上一層凡士林後將多餘的擦掉，阻絕空氣、減緩銀製品再次硫化。

– 洗銀液屬於弱酸，所以浸泡完可能有些許澀感，可在步驟3之前先用軟毛牙刷搭配沙拉脫或肥皂水等鹼性清潔液輕刷，去除澀感，達到簡易拋光的效果。
– 洗銀液可以一直重複使用，若覺得洗淨力變弱在汰換即可，但它只適用因空氣接觸而硫化的變色，若是經過特殊染黑的貴金屬飾品不建議使用洗銀液還原喔!
– 使用洗銀液會讓金屬越來越少嗎?
洗銀液確實有侵蝕效果但它所影響的程度是透過儀器測重才能辨，肉眼無法直接看見腐蝕消失的部分。
– 洗銀液針對銅、銀、金、K金等泛指硫化反應的金屬達成還原目的，因此除硫化之金屬其餘無效，甚至避免接觸有機物質，例如珊瑚、珍珠、特定寶玉石等等。

《產品保固》
★因珠寶首飾為客製貼身物品，除了新品瑕疵、寄錯商品或運送過程中有損壞者，不接受退換貨。
★穿刺類珠寶，如耳環等，基於衛生理由，恕不接受退換貨。
★保固期：六個月。
★保固範圍：新品瑕疵、手鍊或項鍊連接處脫落、皮件五金脫落等。
★收到商品後，請立刻檢查商品是否正確，如發生商品錯誤或於運送過程中導致新品瑕疵等問題，請於到貨 7 日內與我們聯絡，我們將協助您辦理退換貨或維修 (客製品) 事宜，並於連絡後5天內連同原包裝寄回原商品，超過時限未寄回視為自動放棄退換權利。請保持商品完整性，商品必須為『全新未經使用』，商品包裝需完整回收，包含購買商品、外盒、附件、內外包裝、產品卡或出貨單、隨機文件、贈品等請一併退回，若有缺件、商品毀損不完整情況發生，恕無法退換貨。
★保固期內，手鍊或項鍊產品如果斷線或脫落，可免費維修。
★若產品因外力碰撞或人為不當使用，導致破裂、毀壞或遺失一部分，我們將視情況評估是否可維修，並酌量收取材料費用。
★除了新品瑕疵由買家負擔寄回運費，我們負擔維修後之送回運費，其餘維修品則由買家自行負擔來回郵資。
★寄回維修品之前，請務必先與我們連絡取得維修編號，否則一律不受理。
★所有寄回給我們的維修品請務必裝進密封夾鍊袋，並用氣泡紙等防護性包材包裝好再寄出，若維修品於運送途中發生其他毀損，我們一概不負責。
★維修商品時間約為 1 ~ 4 週，視維修品的狀況而定，有些需送回工廠進行修復。如遇材料無庫存或斷貨，尤其部分天然石可能沒有相同或類似品，若無替代方案便無法幫您修補，敬請見諒。
★保固期或保固範圍外之商品一律採報價式維修，我們保留拒絕提供維修服務的權利。

Introduction to Silver Cleaning Solution

Silver is an active metal that easily reacts with substances like air, cosmetics, gasoline, eggs, or anything containing sulfur, causing the surface to darken.
This darkening is commonly referred to as “oxidation” — however, in scientific terms, it is actually sulfidation, not oxidation, because silver reacts with sulfur, not oxygen.

Silver cleaning solution can quickly reverse the sulfide reaction, restoring naturally tarnished silver items to their original shiny, polished state.

How to Use Silver Cleaning Solution:
1. Dip the silver item into the cleaning solution to restore its luster.
2. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue.
3. Wipe dry or use a hairdryer to completely dry the item. (Using a hairdryer is recommended to ensure that any solution trapped in the metal’s micro-pores is completely dried.)
4. Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly (Vaseline), then wipe off the excess — this creates a barrier to slow down future tarnishing.

Additional Notes:
– Silver cleaning solution is mildly acidic. After soaking, your item may feel slightly rough. You can gently brush it using a soft-bristled toothbrush and an alkaline cleanser such as dish soap or salad detergent to remove residue and achieve a mild polishing effect.
– The solution can be reused multiple times. Replace it only when its cleaning power noticeably weakens.
– It is only effective on silver that has naturally tarnished due to sulfur exposure in the air. Do not use it on jewelry that has been intentionally oxidized or blackened as part of its design.
– Will silver cleaning solution wear down my metal over time?
It does have a slight corrosive effect, but the change is minimal and only measurable with precision instruments — not visible to the naked eye.
– This solution is designed to reduce sulfidation on metals like silver, copper, gold, and K-gold. It will not work on other types of discoloration or materials. Avoid contact with organic materials such as coral, pearls, and certain gemstones, which may be damaged by the solution.

Product Warranty
★ As our jewelry is custom-made and worn close to the body, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective items, incorrect shipments, or damage during transit.
★ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced items such as earrings.
★ Warranty period: 6 months
★ Warranty covers: manufacturing defects, broken bracelet/necklace links, or detached hardware on leather accessories.
★ Please inspect your item upon receipt. For issues such as wrong items or defects caused by transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. After notifying us, return the item within 5 days along with all original packaging. If returned late, it will be considered a waiver of return/exchange rights.
Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all packaging components included (product, box, accessories, inner/outer packaging, product card/invoice, any documents, freebies, etc.). Incomplete returns or damaged items will not be accepted.
★ Within the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or come apart can be repaired free of charge.
★ If damage is caused by impact or improper use (e.g., broken parts or missing components), we will evaluate whether it is repairable and may charge a materials fee if needed.
★ For defective items, the buyer covers the return shipping; we will cover the cost of sending it back after repair. For other types of repairs, both way shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
★ Please contact us first to obtain a repair number before sending anything back. Repairs without a repair number will not be accepted.
★ All repair items must be sealed in a ziplock bag and securely packaged with bubble wrap or other protective material. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.
★ Repair time is approximately 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the item. Some pieces may need to be sent back to the factory for restoration.
If materials (especially certain natural stones) are out of stock or discontinued, we may not be able to provide an identical replacement. We appreciate your understanding.
★ For items outside the warranty period or not covered under warranty, repairs will be quoted individually. We reserve the right to decline repair services.
