不配戴的時候將飾品收進設計館附贈的小盒子，減少與空氣的接觸,若環境較潮溼可使用夾鏈袋密封銀飾,更有效阻隔空氣與飾品直接接觸呦!

《產品保固》
★因珠寶首飾為客製貼身物品，除了新品瑕疵、寄錯商品或運送過程中有損壞者，不接受退換貨。
★穿刺類珠寶，如耳環等，基於衛生理由，恕不接受退換貨。
★保固期：六個月。
★保固範圍：新品瑕疵、手鍊或項鍊連接處脫落、皮件五金脫落等。
★收到商品後，請立刻檢查商品是否正確，如發生商品錯誤或於運送過程中導致新品瑕疵等問題，請於到貨 7 日內與我們聯絡，我們將協助您辦理退換貨或維修 (客製品) 事宜，並於連絡後5天內連同原包裝寄回原商品，超過時限未寄回視為自動放棄退換權利。請保持商品完整性，商品必須為『全新未經使用』，商品包裝需完整回收，包含購買商品、外盒、附件、內外包裝、產品卡或出貨單、隨機文件、贈品等請一併退回，若有缺件、商品毀損不完整情況發生，恕無法退換貨。
★保固期內，手鍊或項鍊產品如果斷線或脫落，可免費維修。
★若產品因外力碰撞或人為不當使用，導致破裂、毀壞或遺失一部分，我們將視情況評估是否可維修，並酌量收取材料費用。
★除了新品瑕疵由買家負擔寄回運費，我們負擔維修後之送回運費，其餘維修品則由買家自行負擔來回郵資。
★寄回維修品之前，請務必先與我們連絡取得維修編號，否則一律不受理。
★所有寄回給我們的維修品請務必裝進密封夾鍊袋，並用氣泡紙等防護性包材包裝好再寄出，若維修品於運送途中發生其他毀損，我們一概不負責。
★維修商品時間約為 1 ~ 4 週，視維修品的狀況而定，有些需送回工廠進行修復。如遇材料無庫存或斷貨，尤其部分天然石可能沒有相同或類似品，若無替代方案便無法幫您修補，敬請見諒。
★保固期或保固範圍外之商品一律採報價式維修，我們保留拒絕提供維修服務的權利。

Care Instructions
Pure silver jewelry naturally oxidizes and may darken when exposed to air — this is a normal reaction.
To clean, use a soft-bristled toothbrush with dish soap or toothpaste (alkaline cleansers). You may also purchase our silver cleaning solution to simplify your daily care routine.
When not in use, store your piece in the complimentary box provided to minimize exposure to air.
If you live in a humid environment, sealing the jewelry in a ziplock bag will help better protect it from oxidation.

Product Warranty
★ As our jewelry is custom-made and worn close to the body, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective items, incorrect shipments, or damage during transit.
★ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on pierced items such as earrings.
★ Warranty period: 6 months
★ Warranty covers: manufacturing defects, broken bracelet/necklace links, or detached hardware on leather accessories.
★ Please inspect your item upon receipt. For issues such as wrong items or defects caused by transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. After notifying us, return the item within 5 days along with all original packaging. If returned late, it will be considered a waiver of return/exchange rights.
Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all packaging components included (product, box, accessories, inner/outer packaging, product card/invoice, any documents, freebies, etc.). Incomplete returns or damaged items will not be accepted.
★ Within the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or come apart can be repaired free of charge.
★ If damage is caused by impact or improper use (e.g., broken parts or missing components), we will evaluate whether it is repairable and may charge a materials fee if needed.
★ For defective items, the buyer covers the return shipping; we will cover the cost of sending it back after repair. For other types of repairs, both way shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
★ Please contact us first to obtain a repair number before sending anything back. Repairs without a repair number will not be accepted.
★ All repair items must be sealed in a ziplock bag and securely packaged with bubble wrap or other protective material. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.
★ Repair time is approximately 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the item. Some pieces may need to be sent back to the factory for restoration.
If materials (especially certain natural stones) are out of stock or discontinued, we may not be able to provide an identical replacement. We appreciate your understanding.
★ For items outside the warranty period or not covered under warranty, repairs will be quoted individually. We reserve the right to decline repair services.
